I have used them to meet new people when I am new in town, or just to get out and stop contemplating my navel and remember that the world is moving around me. And even if it does, changing your schedule to help someone you care about, regardless of the change in your relationship,like a kind and decent human being, certainly makes up for it. I am glad to hear the clouds are lifting and that you are getting out in the world again. There is nothing like isolation for shifting everything out of proportion. You are in my thoughts. Definitely snarky though :-) My three day trial finished suddenly this morning when the two sides managed to settle. Damages dropped from $250,000 to $75,000 over lunch yesterday and we (jurors) kind of expected that they would settle rather than taking their chances with us. Yea.. ass was a poor choice of words.
