Worked my first lunch today. Pizza by the slice. Two blocks from Banks HIgh School. Slices and breadsticks as fast as I could dish them out for about 1 1/2 hours. Quite an experience.

Paging through an old picture album my Mother had put together with pictures I took during my Navy tour in Japan, I discovered an abused photo of my sixth grade graduating class of Englewood Elementry School in Salem, Oregon. 1959 — A good year. I’m fifth from the right, bottom row. Bowties were *big* that year.
