I'm a knitter and I couldn't find it for a while! I have at least one backwards cable cross on both of the cabled sweaters I knit. I know one of them is on the sleeve, on my forearm on one sweater. I can sit for long periods of time, gazing at my forearm, looking up and down the offending cable and I STILL cannot find that mistake! I KNOW I did it! And I know I didn't fix it, too. :) Don’t fix that! I’m a knitter and I couldn’t find it for a while!

I will be watching. LOL You do beautiful work and this project is just at the very beginning, so I'm betting you end up knitting that piece over. I did wonder up to the displays on Sunday and quickly found both your entries. I recognized the Aran immediately - very lovely in person. And the shawl is lovely too. I'm planning entries for next year (I've entered before, but things just didn't fall into place this year). I wouldn't have made it in time this year anyway, since the sheep wouldn't cooperate with getting in the truck, so it was after 7 p.m. Friday by the time we got there (but they did well in the show on Saturday - took Ch & RCh Romeldale rams!)
